The Executive Team Leader Internship Program is a 10-week summer internship that teaches students everything they need to know about running a multi-million dollar operation.

Curriculum and Internships
Providing a broad knowledge of all business areas, our curriculum is designed to help you develop a strategic, top-level view, focus on your area of interest, and round out your education with liberal-education coursework.
You’ll learn to analyze situations and opportunities, make effective decisions, and share your vision to inspire, motivate, and lead your organization’s people. In addition to core requirements to give you a broad knowledge of functional business areas and help you develop a strategic, overall view, you’ll fulfill additional requirements depending on the track you choose.
Both tracks require an internship, as well as liberal-education coursework in macroeconomics, microeconomics, Excel, algebra, and business ethics.
Leadership and managerial skills track:
Required coursework includes leadership and organizational change, managing teams, and human-resources management, plus one management elective.
Sport management track:
Required coursework includes sport management, event management, and sport marketing.
