Veteran & Military Student Benefits

100% Uncapped Yellow Ribbon School

Saint Rose participates in this VA program, which can cover a large portion of the tuition and fees for college separate from funding through the GI Bill.

Through the Yellow Ribbon program, some student veterans are eligible for full coverage of tuition and fees, and can also receive a book and housing allowance.

Housing Benefits

Get Paid to Attend.

Did you know there’s a Post 9/11 GI Bill housing allowance?

Those who meet the qualifications can receive up to $2,100 in Monthly Housing Allowance, what you knew in the military as a Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH). And that’s more than you’ll need to live in an apartment in the Capital Region or in our on-campus Veteran Residence.
