A supportive services program designed to admit incoming first-year undergraduate students and assist in the development of their personal and academic goals.
The primary responsibility of Student Success is to support progress toward earning a degree in a manner that educates the whole individual by providing opportunities to apply what is learned both inside and outside of the classroom toward the intellectual, cultural, social, and spiritual development of all students. At the core of this approach is the development of programs, policies, and practices designed to improve student outcomes through indicators that measure engagement, retention, persistence, graduation, and post-graduate employment rates.
