Navigate Student App for Saint Rose

About the App

Navigate is a student-success tool developed by EAB and used at more than 550 colleges and universities. The free app allows for better communication between students and their advisors and faculty, helps students stay on track in their college education, and serves as a one-stop shop for resources.

Navigate enables Saint Rose students to make the most of their college experience and progress toward graduation on schedule (so they don’t have to spend extra time or money to reach their goals).

Note: Students can access Navigate using the Navigate App and through the Desktop browser. Faculty, staff, and admin can access Navigate only through the browser currently.

Employees can now text students about important information!

Employees and students can now take advantage of the text messaging feature in Navigate. Employees can send students important reminders, announcements, and other urgent information via text in addition to email.

Students have the option to unsubscribe from text messages:

1. If you receive a text from a 5-digit short code, you can respond with STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, and it will automatically stop the communication.

2. If you get a text from a 10-digit number, you can request to stop the communication by emailing navigate@strose.edu.

Employees, it’s important not to overwhelm students with texts. Click on the button below to review best practices using the Navigate App.
