Student Development works to enhance a student’s academic and campus life experience with services in Student Life, Spiritual Life, Academic Success, Counseling & Health Services, Residence Life, Career Services, Diversity & Inclusion and Student Conduct.

Student Success

The primary responsibility of Student Success is to support progress toward earning a degree in a manner that educates the whole individual by providing opportunities to apply what is learned both inside and outside of the classroom toward the intellectual, cultural, social, and spiritual development of all students.

Health, Counseling, & Wellness

Physical and mental wellness plays a critical role in the success of students. The College of Saint Rose recognizes the importance of providing support, when needed, through our Counseling Services and Health Center.


The Department of Safety and Security supports the mission of the College by providing professional services that ensure a safe campus environment which fosters the educational and learning process for all constituencies of the College community.

The Safety and Security Headquarters is located at 340 Western Avenue, on the corner of Western Avenue and Partridge Street. The headquarters is open 24 hours/7 days week.
