The Office of Finance and Administration provides consultative and college wide support services to students, faculty and staff by strategically managing institutional resources, including personnel, financial, technical and physical plant resources. The focus of excellent strategic management is in the promotion of student-learning outcomes that are achieved by providing a safe, comfortable learning and work environment to the extended college community.

Financial Services

In keeping with the mission of the College, a stable financial environment resulting from sound accounting practices provides the basis for resources, support and services necessary for students to experience academic and personal growth. The Financial Services Department’s intent is to manage financial resources in a way that ensures the fiscal stability of the institution, honoring policies and procedures established by the Board of Trustees, ensuring appropriate services and funding for the campus.

In support of the College mission, the Purchasing Department’s mission is to assist the College community, including students, by containing costs associated with the procurement of all goods and services at the best price, and maintain all inventories of fixed assets.
