Fully Online Programs

100% ONLINE: All of your coursework and other requirements can be completed online, but you’re always welcome to visit us!

Online State Authorization Federal Regulation: All of the fully online programs below meet the requirement for licensure in the State of New York. We are unsure if these programs lead to licensure in the other 49 states. A student would need to check with the State Education Department to see if the program meets their requirements for licensure.

BA Psychology

An ideal new option for the transfer student who needs flexibility and the student who needs to pick up where they may have left off. We recognize it’s difficult to fit work and other obligations into your educational plan sometimes.

Offering new flexibility for students who have completed their general education requirements or come to Saint Rose via seamless transfer, the BA in Psychology can be completed online without having to attend classes at a set time (asynchronous online delivery).

Students take courses in empirical, social-developmental, and applied-clinical areas of psychology, with additional elective courses of particular interest to their career goals.

MSED Educational Psychology

You aspire to motivate students in your classroom, promote cultural understanding, or research educational theories and practices to expand your professional opportunities.

The Master’s in Educational Psychology program, which leads to a Master of Science in Education degree, will provide you with a broad foundational understanding in the psychology of cognitive processes and human behavior as they affect individuals across the life span and within a variety of learning and educational contexts. Our part-time online pathway affords busy professionals the flexibility to earn their degree in just two years. The program serves as a professional teacher certification pathway in New York State* but is also appropriate for non-education backgrounds.

School District Business Leader: Certificate of Advanced Study

The School District Business Leader program is a post-masters advanced certificate which serves as a pathway to a New York State Professional SDBL certification.*
