Online Learning Services provides our Saint Rose students with support to remove technical or knowledge barriers for learners, and learning tools and processes that are both efficient and high-quality. If you are looking for guidance in using any of the tools that your professors are using in your courses, we’ve compiled some resources below.

Online Learning Services will be available on Tuesdays from 12-2, and Thursdays from 2-4 in the Academic Success Center (St. Joseph Hall). Drop in for assistance using our online learning tools..

General Technical Support

For help with on-campus technology such as accounts/passwords, wi-fi, email, and other network systems, please contact Technology Support Services (ITS Help Desk), or email helpdesk@strose.edu.

This course is designed to help you learn how to navigate and use the Canvas learning management system, as well as provide you with some tips on how you can get the most out of your online course.
