ITS Projects for Intersession Break...

Library:

• Remove all computers and other technology so that renovations can occur
• Install over forty new computers
• Install at least nine new wireless access points to supplement the existing ten wireless access points
• Relocate the digital signage unit

Albertus Hall:

• Install a Smart Board in room 209
• Install a new projector and electric screen in room 102
• Install new digital signage displays

Picotte Hall:

• Replace four projectors with new DLP projectors

Miscellaneous:

• Install software in labs and classrooms to support Spring courses
• Enhance the Rave Alert emergency communication system
• Upgrade Camtasia Relay lecture capture recording system
• Upgrade the database servers that support Blackboard and other systems
• Prepare technology equipment orders for Centennial Hall and the Huether School of Business
• Begin planning for Summer 2012 technology projects
• Begin updating the annual Student and Faculty Technology Surveys that will be administered in May
• Continue planning for the 2nd Annual Conference, to be held on May 17-18, 2012
