CSD Admission Requirements

  • A complete Saint Rose graduate application 
  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution 
  • Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended 
  • A minimum undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 
  • GRE scores (math and verbal) are required. No minimum score is required to be considered by the committee. 
  • A minimum of 2 letters of recommendation that address the candidate's academic/scholarly potential. At least 1 letter should be written by a faculty member from the candidate's undergraduate institution
  • Two official copies of breakdown of observation and clinical hours 
  • Thirty-three undergraduate prerequisite credits in communication sciences & disorders depending upon relevant coursework;
  • An invited on-campus interview 
  • International applicants must submit English translations and evaluations of transcripts prepared by the college/university of origin or by a professional independent transcript evaluator, and an overall TOEFL score 0f 90-100 with a score 26-28 on the speaking section.

Applications for the Communication Sciences & Disorders program will not be processed after the deadline dates.
