The College of Saint Rose Academic Facilities

We have deemed May 18, 2024 as Honoring Saint Rose Day, a day to come together as members of a very special community to process our loss and share in our pride and gratitude at having been a part of something as special and remarkable as The College of Saint Rose. This special occasion is sponsored and underwritten by the Alumni Association.

We are so touched by your overwhelming response to joining us on campus for Honoring Saint Rose Day.  It continues to be clear how special Saint Rose is and the impact it has made on the lives of so many. It is with much regret that we have exceeded our maximum number of attendees and have needed to close registration. This has been a difficult decision as we want to share the event with as many members of the Saint Rose community as possible, but it was necessary for the safety and well-being of all attendees and our neighbors.

One way that you could help us as we move forward with planning to welcome this number of people to our campus is for you to be mindful of the number of guests you are bringing so as many members of our community can attend. If you are able to reduce the number of your guests you have registered, please email us at honoringsaintrose@strose.edu.

While this does not alleviate your disappointment if you are now unable to attend this event, we will provide additional opportunities for campus tours at a later date.

Members of the Classes of 1974 and earlier who are still planning to register for the Golden Roses Induction and Luncheon, please click here to register, or contact Therese “T” Stillman at stillmat@strose.edu or 518.454.5199.

For those attending, please note Honoring Saint Rose Day on May 18 will be a rain or shine event held outdoors.

We encourage you to send up to 3 photos, by April 1, 2024, of your time at Saint Rose to be on display for all to see, including our current students. Please email photos to honoringsaintrose@strose.edu or mail photos to:

If you need additional time to submit photos, we understand and ask that they be submitted by April 15, 2024.

You are encouraged to register in advance if you would like to have iSmile Studios take portraits of your group.

Volunteers Needed to Assist

In order to make this day a success, we will need your help! With so many things happening around campus, we want to be sure everything is attended to in the best way possible and the College’s staff is extremely limited. If you have registered for the event, please consider signing up to help us throughout the day to help make this a special day that everyone can enjoy.
