Project Submission

Please use this form to provide information about your marketing project. In order to ensure the most effective and impactful deliverable(s) is produced, no project can begin until this form is fully completed and all necessary documents are provided.

As soon as your project request is submitted, Marketing will review and reply with verification that the project has started, timing, etc. Thank you!

Types of Projects

Design/Copy: All projects that require the work of a graphic designer or copywriter to create. (Ex. postcards, brochures, ads, graphics, etc.)
Note: For design projects that need to be printed/mailed by an outside vendor, please allow an additional 3 weeks for print production.
Social Media/Photography: Requests for event coverage or submissions to be posted on the College’s social media accounts
Website: Requests to update or make new pages/content on the College’s website
Video: Requests for video production
