Golden Knights Honoring Seniors with Online Stories

Numerous student-athletes at The College of Saint Rose have perhaps played their final collegiate game following the decision by the NCAA and Northeast-10 Conference to cancel the spring sports season due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. In addition, the College shifted its classes online for the Spring Semester in the interest of disease prevention and the protection of our community.

Among the student-athletes affected was senior right-hander Frankie Pizzo, who transferred to Saint Rose before his junior season. The Clifton Park, New York, native said the opportunity to return to the Capital Region to play in front of his family was important to him.
