Saint Rose alumni are doing great things in all sectors and industries, and contributing to their communities. Check out some of our alumni who were recently featured in the news:
- Ryan Silva ’03 has been tapped to lead the New York State Economic Development Council. He was featured in “New head of state economic development council hopes to retain young talent,” in the Times Union, September 21, 2017.
- Schuyler Bull ’10, G’10, and his entrepreneurial endeavors were featured in “Schuyler Bull, owner of Fort Orange General Store, a young entrepreneur, invests in Albany’s future,” in the Times Union, September 14, 2017.
- Ali Glassman G ’15 has moved from teaching Spanish and French, developing the curriculum, and serving as Student Council Advisor and MAP Coordinator in the Plainview-Old Bethpage Central School District to becoming assistant principal in another district. Her move was featured in “Commack Middle School Gets New Assistant Principal,” in the Commack Patch, September 28, 2017.
- Kyle Albano ’12, G ’16, has been composing, mixing, and performing his own music and developing his personal brand; his story appeared in “Kyle Albano goes unconventional to get his name out to the world,” in The Spotlight, September 13, 2017.
- Annie Graham Cosgrove G ’99 has founded her own preschool in Altamont, after teaching in public and private schools for more than a quarter century. Her story was reported in “The learning, like the setting, at One Love Preschool is organic, says its founder,” in the Altamont Enterprise, August 31, 2017.
