Kelly Holohan '89, a graduate of Saint Rose and coordinator of the BFA/MFA program at Temple University

Kelly Holohan ‘89 still has an undergraduate syllabus from Saint Rose with design class assignments from 1987. It’s a fitting keepsake. It was Kristine Herrick, one of Holohan’s graphic design professors, who inspired Holohan to choose a career in academia by offering her the opportunity to teach after graduation.

Today, she’s a professor at Temple, where she also heads the MFA and BFA programs in interactive and graphic design.

“The relationships that I built, my friendships and the relationships that I had with my teachers at Saint Rose, who have since become my friends, I’m just eternally grateful,” she said.
