Pick up time management techniques at the next 'Beyond the Books' workshop

Saint Rose and the UpState New York Black Chamber of Commerce will hold its second “Beyond the Books” soft-skills development workshop on November 18 at 6 p.m. This session will be held via Zoom, and will equip students from Saint Rose and area colleges and emerging and young professionals from all fields with the time management skills they need to succeed.

During the free, hour-long interactive workshop held via Zoom, attendees will learn techniques for:

• Communication about deadlines
• Task analysis for projects
• Overall work/life balance

The sessions will be led by Saint Rose faculty and administrators and local professionals.

Those who attend or watch recordings of all the Beyond the Books events are eligible to receive a professional development certificate. Recordings of the Beyond the Books events are available to those who register.

Online registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link for the event.

This is the second session in the Beyond the Books series. The first session featured Saint Rose alumni and local professionals and focused on how to network and build relationships outside of one’s typical circles.
