The College of Saint Rose will hold a Physical Education Conference on November 7 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in Room 110 of the Events and Athletics Center.

The sessions include:

8 to 9 a.m.: Bees for your Health, with a Southern Adirondack Bee Expert

9 to 10 a.m.: Healthy Habit for Gardening, Pam Taft/Physical Therapist/Master Gardener

10 to 11 a.m.: Stress Management and Nutrition, Karen Mort /Cornell Cooperative Extension

11 a.m. to noon: Smart Money Moves, Leo Quinn/Financial Advisor

Noon to 1 p.m.: Healthy Relationships, Alan Martell, Saint Rose Counseling Center

1 to 2 p.m.: Fire Safety, Deputy Chief Maria Walker and firefighters, Albany Fire Department

2 to 3 p.m.: Exercise & Get Moving!, Pat Van Galen/Active & Agile Owner

3 to 4 p.m.: Exercise and Hiking, Doug Berry, Adirondack Mountain Club

4 to 5 p.m.: Volunteering, Ken Scott, director of the Office of Community Service at Saint Rose

5 to 6 p.m.: Consumer Fraud and Identity Theft, John Van Vorris, Attorney General Office

6 to 7 p.m.: Mothers and Autism, Laurie Frey, author and mother

7 to 8 p.m.: Heroin Use Issues, Kim Murdick, awareness and advocacy, and Melissa France, forensic scientist
