The Principals' Guild

The Principals' Guild is an opportunity for principals and assistant principals to receive professional development in instructional leadership using current research and practical applications. The program is designed to support networking, sharing best practices, and a collegial approach toward problem solving. Previous workshops have focused on data analysis, principal-superintendent relations, and career development.

The Principals' Guild is a partnership between The Institute, Capital Region BOCES, Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES, and Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery BOCES. The program is BOCES aidable for districts participating in the Staff Development COSER.
