Directions to the Christian Plumeri Sports Complex

The Plumeri Sports Complex is located approximately 10 minutes from the Saint Rose campus. Parking is available at the entrance to the sports complex at 20 Frisbie Avenue.

Driving Directions to the Plumeri Sports Complex and OGS lot approaching via I-90 
Take Exit 6A from I-90 to Interstate 787 South. Go to end towards Route 9W (Exit 1). Turn Right onto Southern Boulevard at Light. Go approximately 100 yards and turn left at light. Make an Immediate right. Go approximately 50 yards and turn left on Frisbie Avenue. Complex will be on your left. 

From the North (Route 87 Heading South)
Take Exit 7 off of Route 87 South. Merge onto Route 7 East towards Troy/Cohoes. Merge onto Route 787 South. Go to end towards Route 9W (Exit 1). Turn Right onto Southern Boulevard at Light. Go approximately 100 yards and turn left at light. Make an Immediate right. Go approximately 50 yards and turn left on Frisbie Avenue.

From the South (Route 87 Heading North)
Take Exit 23 (Interstate 787/U.S. 9W) towards Albany/Troy. Take Exit 1 (U.S. 9W North towards Albany). Turn Left onto Southern Boulevard. Go approximately 100 yards and turn right at light. Make an Immediate right. Go approximately 50 yards and turn left on Frisbie Avenue. Complex will be on your left.

Driving Directions to the Plumeri Sports Complex from the Saint Rose campus: 
• Travel west on Western Ave. from the Events and Athletics Center to North Main Ave.
• Turn Left on North Main Ave. at the traffic light (traveling southbound). At Madison Ave, North Main Ave. becomes South Main Ave. Continue to travel southbound on South Main Ave. to Whitehall Road.
• Left on Whitehall Road (traveling eastbound) – At Delaware Ave. Whitehall Road becomes Second Ave. Continue traveling eastbound on Second Ave. to Frisbie Ave.
• Right on Frisbie Ave. (traveling southbound), parking is available in front of the complex.
