A grant recipient can also be awarded a Graduate Scholarship or Graduate Assistantship if they apply for and are offered one. Tuition discounts cannot be combined with grants or program incentives.

Who is eligible?
In order to be/remain eligible, students must meet all of the criteria below:
- Notify Graduate Admissions of your interest in this grant by writing to grad@strose.edu and include your undergraduate degree (degree award and major) and year of graduation.
- Have graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program at Saint Rose.
- Have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher at the Bachelor’s level
- Have applied by the preferred deadline for your expected start term.
- Be admitted to a Teacher Education graduate program at The College of Saint Rose (students in dual degree programs – eg. BS/MS, BS/MSED, BS/MBA, ASPIRE, etc. are not eligible) as either a/an:
- Unconditionally accepted student.
- Conditionally accepted student pending receipt of proof of certification.
- Conditionally accepted student pending receipt of assessment (GRE/MAT/edTPA).
- Conditionally accepted student pending receipt of final transcript.
- Have submitted an Intent to Enroll form no later than 2 months before the start of your graduate studies.
- Be enrolled in at least 6 graduate credits each semester.
- Maintain good academic standing and a minimum GPA of 3.3.
Who is eligible?

- Be pursuing a career change as evidenced by notably different academic pursuits at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.
- Have at least three years of full-time, post-Bachelor’s work experience.
- Have applied by the preferred deadline for your expected start term.
- Be unconditionally admitted to a masters degree program (BS/MS students are not eligible).
- Have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher at the Bachelor’s level.
- Have submitted an Intent to Enroll form no later than 2 months before the start of your graduate studies.
- Be enrolled in at least 6 graduate credits each semester.
- Maintain good academic standing and a minimum GPA of 3.3.
Who is eligible?

- Be serving as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
- Have applied by the preferred deadline for your expected start term.
- Be admitted to a Teacher Education graduate program at The College of Saint Rose (students in dual degree programs – eg. BS/MS, BS/MSED, BS/MBA, ASPIRE, etc. are not eligible) as either a/an:
- Unconditionally accepted student.
- Conditionally accepted student pending receipt of proof of certification.
- Conditionally accepted student pending receipt of assessment (GRE/MAT/edTPA).
- Conditionally accepted student pending receipt of final transcript.
- Have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher at the Bachelor’s level.

- Have applied by the preferred deadline for your expected start term.
- Be admitted to the MSSW in Social Work master’s program at The College of Saint Rose (students in dual degree programs – eg. BS/MS, BS/MSED, BS/MBA, ASPIRE, etc. are not eligible) as either a/an:
- Unconditionally accepted student.
- Conditionally accepted student pending receipt of proof of certification.
- Conditionally accepted student pending receipt of assessment (GRE/MAT/edTPA).
- Conditionally accepted student pending receipt of final transcript.
- Have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher at the Bachelor’s level.
- Have submitted an Intent to Enroll form no later than 2 months before the start of your graduate studies.
