About the Institute

The Women’s Leadership Institute, located in the Michelle Cuozzo Borisenok ’80 House, supports the ongoing advancement of women leaders through education, advocacy, and collaboration and serves as a hub for dialogue and resources. The institute offers students, alumni, faculty, and staff – and the broader community – distinctive, timely programming to build unity, develop skills, and gain perspective and experience to help women excel in their professions and serve as agents of change.

Events include speakers, retreats, and workshops, among others. An advisory board of global leaders supports development of the institute’s vision, mission, and programming. After a soft launch in 2019, the Women’s Leadership Institute now offers a full range of programming in 2020, the centennial year for Saint Rose and the centennial of women’s suffrage in the United States.
