We understand that sometimes you may not always have the ideal living situation. We are here to help you as best we can. If after you have completed a roommate agreement and gone through the mediation process with either your RA or Area Coordinator nothing seems to be working, you can submit a Room Change Request through MyHousing. We will work to honor requests in the order that they are received and when space allows.
There is no guarantee that we will be able to honor your request, since it is dependent on the spaces available in the residence halls. Please do not move into another room without the permission of the Office of Residence Life – you could have to move back to your original room.
Should we be able to offer you a room change, you will be given the opportunity to meet your potential new roommate so that you can decide how you will make your new living arrangement work.
