Introducing Intercultural Pathways

Intercultural Pathways Program is comprised of the ALANA is Leadership and the Ambassadors of Inclusion programs where students will have the opportunity to help shape their college community to be an inclusive environment.

ALANA is Leadership Peer Mentoring Program

ALANA is Leadership Peer Mentoring Program is a four-year cohort model program experience where we pair first-year students with upperclassmen mentors to ease their transition into the College. ALANA stands for African, Latin, Asian, & Native American students. We welcome students of color interested in an intercultural experience that builds leadership competencies.

ALANA offers a unique experience where students gain a sense of community through a supportive network. Students also develop as leaders and strengthen their interpersonal skills through campus involvement. Students participate in leadership and professional development training throughout the academic year. Topics include but are not limited to: Diversity & Inclusion, Career Development, Conflict Management, Goal Setting, Time Management, and much more.

The Ambassadors of Inclusion Program(AOI)

The Ambassadors of Inclusion Program(AOI) is a four-year cohort model program experience where selected students exercise desire for allyship and inclusive community. Entering in their first year, students will work, learn, and grow together, along with partnering with the ALANA(African, Latin, Asian, & Native American) is Leadership program. We welcome students interested in an intercultural experience that builds leadership competencies.
The Ambassadors of Inclusion Program offers a unique experience where students gain a sense of community through allyship and a supportive network.
