Teaching Interests
Courses taught at the undergraduate level include organizational behavior, teams, management skills, consumer behavior, human resource management, labor relations, and compensation and benefits.
At the graduate level, Dr. Raynis has taught organizational behavior, human resource management, compensation and benefits, and management communication and social responsibility.

Dr. Raynis has published research papers and presented at conferences in the areas of human cognition, human resource management and business education.
