He has presented at the Family Research Council Conference (FERC) in Winnipeg Canada, the Southern Management Association, the Academy of Management, and the Centre for Social Theory and Technology in Hasselt, Belgium. His research interests are on theoretical explanations of organizational development and change phenomena, and the application of the complexity sciences to human organization.
