Members of the 1920 Society are those individuals whose gifts to The College of Saint Rose (beginning in 1987) through the current fiscal year ending on June 30th total $50,000 and above. These gifts include cash, securities, real property, matching gifts, gifts through personal donor-advised funds or family foundations. The 1920 Society will also recognize those individuals who have made irrevocable planned gifts-such as charitable trusts, charitable gift annuities, and insurance as well as other gift arrangements for which the donor has provided documentation . As always, those who have made bequest intentions to the College are recognized as members of The Carondelet Society.

  • Fontbonne Club – Cumulative Giving of $1 million and above
  • Delaney Club – Cumulative giving of $500,000 – $999,999
  • Casey Club – Cumulative giving of $250,000 – $499,999
  • Albertus MTHEagnus Club – Cumulative giving of $100,000 – $249,999
  • Rosaverian Club – Cumulative giving of $50,000 – $99,000


This Society recognizes those special individuals who have chosen to support the College through bequests or other estate or deferred gifts. Members help to ensure a future of continued excellence for The College of Saint Rose and its students, faculty, alumni and staff. This society honors Saint Rose of Lima, after who the College was named in 1920 by the Most Reverend Edmund F. Gibbons, Bishop of Albany. The Rose of Lima Society recognizes leadership donors whose contributions begin at the $1,000 level. Membership in the gift club is based on the total of an individual’s or organization’s donations, plus related corporate matching gifts, received this fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).

  • Trustee’s Circle – $5,000 – $9,999
  • President’s Circle – $2,500 – $4,999
  • Centennial Circle – $2,020
  • Founders’ Circle – $1,000 – $2,019


Gifts recognized in the societies below each fiscal year (beginning July 1 through June 30) is based on the total number of an individual’s or organization’s donations, plus related corporate matching gifts. Make a gift to the Saint Rose Fund today.

The College of Saint Rose has established a special giving society – the Loyalty Circle – which recognizes donors who have made gifts to the College for five, ten, and twenty consecutive years. Gifts to Saint Rose each year are deeply appreciated and many of our alumni understand of the importance of ongoing philanthropy. As a result of generosity from our Saint Rose family who value and invest in its mission every year, we can continue to provide a world-class education to our many deserving students.
