National Philanthropy Day

Students, faculty and staff, friends, and community members are invited to attend!

On National Philanthropy Day, The College of Saint Rose celebrates those in our community who make a Saint Rose education possible. The College also uses this day to educate our students on the importance of philanthropy and the vital role it plays in their education. With your help and example, we hope to inspire a new generation of students to pursue philanthropic endeavors and find success with a well-rounded education.

Free Refreshments: Throughout the day, refreshments will be provided, including:

• Hot Chocolate Bar – 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Stewart’s Ice Cream Sundae Bar – 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Local Pizza Party (Sponsored by I Love New York Pizza, Mild Wally’s Delivery Restaurant, Paesan’s Pizza, Soho Pizza, and Westgate Pizza Bella) – 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Carnival Booths: All of the carnival booths, run by student groups including Student Association Clubs and Athletic Teams, will open at 10:00AM and close at 7:00PM. Each student group will collect carnival tickets from the students who are participating in their activity. The group that collects the most tickets will win money for their budget. If your student organization is interested in participating in NPD please email vanzandn@strose.edu or call 518-485-3394.

Pick-A-Prize Auction: Items that will be auctioned include Saint Rose merchandise and other items donated from our various community sponsors. If your business is interested in participating in NPD please email vanzandn@strose.edu or call 518-485-3394.

Winners of the Auction will be drawn at 5PM.
