My favorite memory at St. Rose has been working with other future leaders to accomplish the SBL and SDL certifications. Cohort 65 had a sense of unity, empowerment, and belonging when learning at St. Rose.

My favorite memory at Saint Rose was when I was Student Teaching. It was an eye opening experience that made me feel like I was in the right profession. During this time I had a great amount of support from friends and professors that were helping us through the experience.

There has honestly been a lot of great times here, it’s hard to choose one. My favorite memories have been made with my friends in the Identity Club, and the faculty who have helped me shape my success.

I am taking a year off to work on publishing my research and actively pursue a PhD in Psychology overseas. My hope is to be attending a University in England by Fall of 2024 🙂

My favorite memory at Saint Rose was definitely my student teaching experience. Not only did I meet incredible students and teachers but it also really opened my eyes to what my future will hold. I will truly treasure this experience and be forever thankful to Saint Rose for preparing me for it.

I have truly loved getting to work with professors that have such impressive backgrounds. Hearing their stories and insights has been inspiring and thought provoking. Working collaboratively with other MBA students has also been a lot of fun! It was an absolute pleasure to work with so many phenomenal individuals.

My favorite memory is playing dodgeball at the athletics field day that was run by SAAC. The athletes were split up by grade and It was really fun helping the senior class win the whole thing.

My favorite memory at Saint Rose is all of my freshman year. I had to best RA that turned into a great friend, which is how I ended up meeting a life long best friend. I was in Sabor Latino and that felt like a big family, we spent a lot of time together and we created bonds through our love for our many cultures. Switching my major led me to meeting some of my favorite professors on gave me so many opportunities now and for the future.

It has been a long four years, difficult and challenging, but also incredibly rewarding and enlightening. The college experience is very similar to a roller coaster ride; there are many ups and downs, it goes by quickly and you don’t have time to truly acknowledge its greatness until its over and you leave feeling winded and liberated.

Favorite memory at Saint Rose?
During the springtime when the flowers began to blossom, my public speaking professor moved class outdoors. We sat in the grass as a class while reading a Dr. Seuss book, we were practicing reading in different tones. This was one of the most calming yet funny moments I had the chance to experience at Saint Rose. I utilized this moment to help myself see as a future educator that the environment you create can be a game changer for the potential of a classroom. Also, running to Starbucks afterwards was the cherry on top for me!

What are your future plans?
My future plan is to use my degree in Early Childhood education to become a kindergarten teacher, and I am so excited to see what the future has in store for me!

ALANA is Leadership overnight camping trip freshman year, where I found all my friends.

My future plans is to travel the world with my favorite young men, find peace of mind and balance while living in the moment. I’m still undecided as to what I would like to pursue in terms of my professional career but I do plan on being successful in every aspect of my life.

My favorite memory had to be my first move-in day back in 2020. I was nervous but excited to start my new independent journey at Saint Rose.

Being apart of the National Science Association as a public relations officer was a privilege to me. There was so much involvement and passion in the club just like most of the associations at The College of Saint Rose. It honestly felt like it was my second family.

To continue my career in Medical Technology as a chemistry specialist and potentially get involved into the Medical Industry of clinical equipment.

I am already teaching high school history at the LaSalle Institute in Troy, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I plan to retire to a cabin in the woods somewhere and live out the rest of my life in peaceful solitude with my wife and my wargaming miniatures

After successfully concluding my cybersecurity internship in the summer of 2022, I was thrilled to receive a job offer. I am now working as a Deployment Engineer for a software engineering company in Albany. I’m excited to see where this job takes me in the future!

My favorite memory at Saint Rose is of me beginning my first semester in the School Psychology program. I remember feeling both excited and anxious. I also remember thinking about how far away graduation seemed at the time—my, how time flies!
