Visit the Washington Park Farmers Market

Check out all the great vendors in the Washington Park Farmers Market, which is held every Saturday through September at the in Albany’s beautiful Washington Park. Be sure to take some time to explore the over 80-acre park, which was designed in the late 1800s by Calvert Vaux and Fredrick Olmsted, the landscape architect who designed New York City’s Central Park. It’s also the site of Albany’s famous Tulip Festival. Young visitors should be sure to check out the playground.
