The Office of Intercultural Leadership and The College of Saint Rose’s Sabor Latino Organization have partnered with General Manager Lori Holmes and Executive Chef Peter Pryor of Sodexo Hospitality Services in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month.  Sodexo has prepared an enticing menu that is certain to tantalize your taste buds and please your pallets! We invite all members of our community to stop in to the dining hall and experience the Hispanic culture through daily food options from Central America, Latin America, North America, and South America.

Hispanic Heritage Month is that celebrated time of year when non-Hispanics are blessed with an abundance of opportunities to experience what Hispanic people have gifted the world with through amazing cultural traditions and foods.
