Presenters

Dr. Roger P. Catania, member of the New York State Department of Education Board of Regents and adjunct professor at The College of Saint Rose: Catania previously served as superintendent of schools with the Lake Placid Central School District, retiring in 2021. Over his career, he’s held the roles of teaching assistant, coach, social studies teacher, school counselor, and higher education instructor (including his current post as an adjunct professor in the educational leadership programs at Saint Rose).


Kristen Delaney, retired area president for iHeartMedia and adjunct professor at The College of Saint Rose: Delaney had a 32-year career in broadcast sales before retiring in 2022 as area president for iHeartMedia over Albany and Poughkeepsie, New York and Sussex, New Jersey.


Dr. Angela Gordon, associate professor of management at The College of Saint Rose and board strategist for the Logan Strong Foundation: Gordon’s interests include human resources, diversity in the workplace, and developing leadership.


Jessica Otitigbe, visiting assistant professor of communications at The College of Saint Rose: Otitigbe is a communications leader and consultant who founded Creative Collaborations Consulting and has over 20 years of experience in higher education, community relations, corporate communications, public relations, and broadcast journalism.
