Together from the Start: Neenah Bland G’04 and Nerissa (Bland) Roberts G’04

Neenah Bland and Nerissa (Bland) Roberts are twins who were born in Arbor Hill and graduated together from Albany High. When it came time for college, they went their separate ways for undergraduate study. Bland, who already was caring for two young children, enrolled at the University at Albany; Roberts went away to Binghamton University. Both had excelled in math and accounting, and chose accounting as their major.

Somehow they both diverted from that path at the same time, and later followed each other to graduate school at Saint Rose. Today, they work together at the Albany Community Action Partnership.
