Know a young student who loves basketball? What could be better than having them learn the sport from a professional ball player? What about a former Harlem Globetrotter of international fame? What about an outstanding teacher with top-notch Saint Rose education creds?
Better yet, what about all three?
This holiday season, sign up your sports-loving student for Tay Fisher’s Basketball Camps. Tay, who played for a decade with the World Famous Harlem Globetrotter (and earned his Saint Rose M.S.Ed. while touring full time with the Globetrotters), leads a cadre of professional, college-level coaches and players who train and mentor students on ball handling, passing, defense, and shooting, with a strong emphasis on leadership and sports ethics. In addition to significantly improving their technical skills, participants develop teamwork and self confidence.
Dribbling and shooting clinics, small-group training, off-season workouts, and charity games are some of Tay’s offerings that combine serious athleticism and self improvement with healthy fun. The camp is limited to no more than 50 students, to ensure that each child receives individual attention.

Basketball camp
S+S=S is the slogan that is not only printed on the back of each camper’s shirt, but is also the motto that is drilled in their heads as well. Tay Fisher feels that this slogan can guide each camper in the right direction; that is to be a better individual and a better basketball player.

Fight 4 The Cure charity event
- Tay Fisher Breast Cancer Awareness Game
- Location: Kingston High School
- October 2022 (Saturday Night 5:00PM-8:30PM)
- Selected Campers will play two games
- Admission is FREE
- Exclusive shirts will be for sale for $20
- 100% of the proceeds will go towards our local breast cancer foundation “Miles of Hope” to help women in need.
- Fun raffles to win bikes, TVs, tablets, gift cards and many more will be included at the event!
Small Group Training
Tay Fisher loves his basketball camp because of the interaction with the kids and the individual attention he is able to provide, but his one on one/small group trainings are the most effective. Tay works on shooting, dribbling, conditioning, free throws, lay ups, building confidence, making smart decisions as a basketball player and more.
