As the upcoming semester approaches, we invite you to make an appointment with a Transfer Admissions Counselor—on campus, off campus or online. Transfer Sessions provide you with an opportunity to receive both an admissions decision and transfer equivalency based on previously completed coursework—immediately!

  • Transfer up to 70 credits from a two-year college
  • Transfer up to 90 credits from a four-year institution

The ease of seamless transfer with the private college experience

Now with seamless transfer, qualified students will automatically meet Saint Rose’s liberal education requirements and focus explicitly on major requirements. With fewer credits to complete and small class sizes, students will graduate feeling fully prepared for their future careers.

Who qualifies for seamless transfer?

  • Students who have met the SUNY General Education requirements at their SUNY institution;
  • Students who hold an Associate’s Degree in Science (A.S.) or an Associate’s Degree in Art (A.A.) from a SUNY institution;
  • Students who have a bachelor’s degree from a SUNY institution;
  • Students with an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) or Associate in Applied Business (A.A.B.) from a SUNY institution may be eligible to receive the same benefits after a course-to-course evaluation is completed at Saint Rose

3.81–4.00 =  $14,500
3.50–3.80 = $14,000
3.21–3.49 = $9,500
3.00–3.20 = $9,000
2.99 and below = $8,500

To be considered for additional financial aid opportunities all students must complete the FAFSA. The school code for The College of Saint Rose is 002705.

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship = $1,000*

*Current members of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society are eligible for this scholarship in addition to all merit awards.
