The Council for Exceptional Children - Saint Rose Chapter

The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) is the largest international professional organization dedicated to improving the educational success of individuals with disabilities and/or gifts and talents. The student chapter of CEC provides teacher candidates with the opportunity to develop leadership skills, network with professionals in the field, engage in professional development on campus, and work with students with disabilities within the larger community. Many students in the chapter are active in local, state, and national activities.
