National Association for the Education of Young Children This organization is dedicated to improving the well-being of all young children, with particular focus on the quality of educational and developmental services for all children from birth through age 8. NAEYC is the world's largest organization working on behalf of young children. On our campus this student run organization has organized on-campus children’s events, sponsored children’s authors for presentations to teacher candidates, and been active in leading the way to end childhood poverty by engaging in social advocacy and policy making discussion within New York State.
