Audition Overview

All students interested in pursuing any music program will take part in an audition and interview of approximately fifteen minutes with a faculty committee. Students should bring original copies of all music that will be performed. Secondary documents such as resumes are encouraged but not required. An accompanist will be provided for vocalists at no cost.

In the case that prospective music students cannot attend a music audition day on campus, they can visit to submit online audition materials to The College of Saint Rose. Students must live outside a 500 mile radius of campus or receive permission from The Office of Admissions in order to be approved to submit an online audition. Please fill out this form to be considered for an online music audition.
