The College of Saint Rose has also authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verification certificates for its students through its web-based Student Self-Service program. As of January 1, 2018, The College of Saint Rose will no longer provide student enrollment verifications directly or process enrollment certification request forms when those records are available through the Clearinghouse. Enrollment records are sent to the Clearinghouse approximately one month into each semester.
Student Self-Service enables The College of Saint Rose students to print official enrollment verification certificates on demand via our secure student portal, Ellucian-Banner Secure Site, at no charge. Instructions can be found here. Lenders not using online access to the Clearinghouse should also accept this certificate to verify enrollment. If students need proof of enrollment prior to Clearinghouse receiving our enrollment records, they may contact the Registrar’s Office.
The College of Saint Rose submits enrollment reports to the National Student Clearinghouse four times per semester. The Clearinghouse reports this information to lending agencies.
eDiplomas will be provided to all graduates beginning with December 2021 graduates. This service will be available on April 15, 2022.
