Why Choose Saint Rose for an Organizational Leadership and Change Management Certificate?

Leadership skills don’t form overnight. You might spend years observing your CEO, manager, or supervisor and still fall short of reaching your personal and professional business goals. If your dream is to become a successful leader or manager, then there’s no place like The College of Saint Rose. You may not become a leader overnight, but our 15-credit curriculum can provide you with both the skills and knowledge you’ll need to succeed in the future.

Our program is designed for graduate students interested in understanding leadership and change management in organizations. Our faculty will challenge you to hone your management and leadership skills as well as gain a broader understanding of the manager’s role in leading successful organizational change initiatives. You’ll also expand your understanding of global issues, their impact on business and learn how to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and the community.

We understand – not everyone is working off of the same schedule. Students have a minimum of one-year to finish the program, including fall, spring and summer sessions. The courses are offered primarily during the evening with the possibility of some afternoon or weekend courses.
