The Office of Intercultural Leadership will host the ALANA and Lavender Reception to celebrate historically underrepresented and/or traditionally marginalized students in one of their most important milestones – Graduation! The reception is a pre-commencement celebration for graduating African, African American, African Caribbean, Latino/a, Asian, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander and Native American (ALANA) students, students who have participated in the ALANA Leadership Peer Mentoring Program and graduating Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Ally (LGBTQA) students. The reception is an opportunity for the Saint Rose community to acknowledge and honor student achievements and contributions to the College and the broader community.

Due to the Coronavirus health crisis, and to ensure everyone’s safety, the ALANA & Lavender Reception has been postponed and will now take place during the Fall semester’s Commencement Weekend. Details regarding the date, time, and venue are still being finalized and will be sent out in future communication.

Registration is now open for all graduates. December 2019 and May 2020 Graduates must register by April 30th in order to receive graduation materials. August 2020 Graduates must register by August 7th in order to receive graduation materials.
