The Division of Student Success and Engagement at The College of Saint Rose is committed to helping students shape an educational experience that will prepare and empower graduates for life.

The primary responsibility of the Division of Student Success and Engagement is to support progress toward earning a degree in a manner that educates the whole individual by providing opportunities to apply what is learned both inside and outside of the classroom toward the intellectual, cultural, social, and spiritual development of all students. At the core of this approach is the development of programs, policies, and practices designed to improve student outcomes through indicators that measure engagement, retention, persistence, graduation, and post-graduate employment rates.
