2020s

Matthew Leon G’22 has been named the new assistant superintendent for business operations at the Niskayuna School District. He was previously school business administrator for the district, and he will assume his new post on February 1.

Hannah Magliocca ’21 was featured in The Daily Gazette for her work as an educator. She currently serves as pre-kindergarten teacher at Broadalbin-Perth Elementary School.

2010s

Michael Janasiewicz ’09, G’09 is the new first vice president of bank operations at Ulster Savings Bank’s Kingston headquarters and will oversee the bank’s loan operations, deposit operations, customer service, and collections department.

Victor Tolentino ’09 self-published his first book, “Victims to Victors: Stop Being a Victim and Start Living Life on Your Own Terms as a Winner,” and it is available to purchase on Amazon.

Jon Accardi ’07, Keuka College’s associate vice president and director of athletics, has been named the second vice president of the Empire 8 Athletic Conference for the next two academic years.

Anthony “Tony” Podlaski G’02 is the new department chair for English, Foreign Languages, and English as a Second Language at Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC). On faculty since 2004, in Podlaski’s new role, his department will offer more than 160 course sections per semester and oversee academic advisement for several programs.

Michael DeMarco ’01 has joined Edward Jones as a financial advisor.

Cassie Prugh, Esq. ’00 is a new government and regulatory partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, a multidisciplinary, integrated professional services firm.

1990s

Doug McClaine ’97, principal program manager at Plug Power, has been elected to the board of directors of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce in Bethlehem, New York.

1980s

Diane Kinley Fisher ’82 and her work as the executive director of the Schenectady Day Nursery were featured in the Albany Times Union. After 32 years, she has no plans to slow down.
