Message to Students from the Provost: Undergraduate Research Symposium

Dear Students,

We are happy to inform you that the 2020 Undergraduate Research Symposium will continue under a new “virtual” format on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 from 5:00 – 6:00PM.In order to accommodate a virtual poster session, please note the following changes:

1. You will not need to have your poster printed. Instead, we will collect PDF versions of your posters and display them on a website created for the event.

2. As a substitute for presenting your posters in-person, a Zoom link will be sent to all participants, where you will have a chance to present your poster in real time. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask you questions via e-mail following the event.
