As the end of the semester closes in, the College's Registrar shares some information that might be useful to students.

  • The semester officially ends on December 15. Final grades are due to the Registrar’s Office on Monday, December 18. The Registrar’s Office will need at least until the end of business day Tuesday to collect all grades. Final grades will be rolled into academic history for students to access in Banner on or before Wednesday morning, December 20.
  • Academic standing status for the Fall term will be determined on January 3, 2018 and students who are placed on warning, academic probation, or dismissed due to insufficient grades will be notified from each school during that week.
  • Since the College will be closed from December 22 – January 1 transcripts with final grades can be processed Wednesday, December 20 and up until noon Thursday, December 21 in order to be mailed. These transcripts will not indicate a degree earned for anyone who might be graduating this December. December degrees will be conferred on January 2 and 3 and transcripts showing degrees earned will be available after that date. The degrees will have a conferral date of December 20, 2017.
