This is a co-ed apartment building with 5 apartments located in the building. All apartments are single-gender.
Students living in the apartments are not required to have a meal plan as each apartment has its own kitchen for the students to prepare their own food. Laundry facilities are not provided for students living in the apartments. Apartments are fully furnished.
Students residing in the apartments have the ability to remain in the apartments during breaks when the College closes (Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring). Apartment students are required to check-out at the same time as other students living on-campus in May.
