Since many of our students go home or travel during the academic breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring), we close many of our residence halls during these times. We understand that some may not be able to leave campus and we want to provide you with a place to call home during these breaks.

A few weeks before each academic break, we will email you with information to help you apply for Extended Housing through MyHousing.  If you are an international student, athlete, or need to remain for an academic reason or on-campus employment, we will provide housing at no additional charge.  If you have other reasons for requesting housing during the breaks, you may be charged a daily rate that will be applied to your student account.

To provide you with the safest environment possible, you may be moved to another residence hall to live with other students during the time you will be on campus.  On-campus apartments, including Centennial Hall, remain open for students during the breaks.

All residence halls and apartments close in May for the summer.  If you are working or taking classes at Saint Rose, a limited amount of housing is available to you at an additional cost of $225/week in one of our residence halls.
