Welcome to the ITS Help Desk

Our purpose is to support and service College-owned computers, including labs and employee machines. We assist students with networking and user account maintenance, so that students are able to use our secure wireless/wired network.

Computer Help

Have an issue with a College-owned computer, network issues/problems, labs, user accounts, e-mail? Call the Help Desk, xH-E-L-P 4357 or (518) 454-2190 from off campus. Or, stop by. The Help Desk is located in the basement of the Lally School of Education building.
