Jennifer L. Richardson
Director of Residence Life
Jennifer graduated from Nazareth College in 1998 with a BA in Mathematics and Secondary Education. She then went on to earn her Masters degree in Public Administration from Framingham State College in 2000. Jen worked as a Residence Director for 2 years and as the Assistant Director for Housing Services and Communication for 5 years, both at Ithaca College, in Ithaca, NY. Jen joined the Office of Residence Life staff in July 2007.

Joseph D. Pryba
Assistant Director
Joseph graduated from The College of Saint Rose in 2006 with a BS in Childhood Education and his Masters degree in Literacy. While at Saint Rose, he served as an RA for 3 years, an Assistant Resident Director for one semester and an Area Coordinator for 2 years. He joined the Office of Residence Life in January 2007.

Shante Brown
Area Coordinator
Shante graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2009 with a BS in History and from the University of Conneticut in 2011 with her Masters in Higher Education and Student Affairs. While at UCONN, she served as an assitant Residence Hall Director for 2 years. Shante joined the Office of Residence Life in July 2011. She is currently the Area Coordinator for the Lima RA Staff and oversees  188 Partridge, 210 Partridge, 908 Madison, 912 Madison, Carey Hall,  Golub Hall, Lima Hall, McCarthy Hall. 

Elvis Gyan
Area Coordinator
Elvis graduated from Montclair State University in 2009 with a BS in Biology and in 2011 from Rider University with his Masters degree in Organization Leadership with a consintration in Higher Education. While at Rider, he was a Residence Director for one year. While at Montclair state he served as an Assistant Community Director for one year. Elvis joined the Office of Residence Life in July 2011. He is currently the Area Coordinator for the Brubacher RA Staff.

Ian Dreger
Area Coordinator
Ian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Steven Point in 2008 with a BA in American Studies and a minor in Women's Studies. Ian completed his Masters degree in Applied Educational Psychology (College Student Development and Personnel) in 2010 from Northeastern University. While at UWSP he was an RA for 2 years. He also was a Graduate Assistant for Student Conduct at Northeastern. Ian joined the Office of Residence Life in July 2010. He is currently the Area Coordinator for the Morris RA Staff and oversees 972 Madison, 974 Madison, Carey Hall, Carondelet Hall, Casey Hall, Cavanaugh Hall, Charter Hall, Fontbonne Hall, Gibbons Hall, Morris Hall, Quillinan Hall, Maginn Hall,and Riley Hall.

Rachel Burgess
Area Coordinator
Rachel graduated from SUNY Oswego with a BA in Psychology in 2006 and a MS and CAS in Counseling Services in 2008. While at SUNY Oswego, Rachel was an RA for 2 years. She also worked as a Resident Director at Hartwick College prior to joining our staff. She joined the Office of Residence Life in July 2010. She is currently the Area Coordinator for the Alumni RA Staff and oversees 302 Western, 429 Western, Alumni Hall, Collins Hall, Cullen Hall, Delaney Hall, Hahn Hall, Kateri Hall, Keeshan Hall, Kelly Hall, Lourdes Hall, McCormick Hall, Medaille Hall, and the on campus apartments.

Kim Murdick
Administrative Secretary
Kim joined our staff in February 2011. She joined us from New York State Association for the Education of Young Children. She holds an AA degree from Hudson Valley Community College.

Alexander Aust
Graduate Assistant
Alexander graduated from SUNY Oneonta in 2010 with a BA in Psychology. He is currently pursuing his Masters degree in College Student Services Administration at The College of Saint Rose. Alex joined the Office of Residence Life in August 2010. He is currently the Graduate Assistant and serves as a Student Conduct Hearing Officer.
