Parking

The College of Saint Rose has parking lots available to all permit holders. Information on obtaining a parking permit can be found using the links to the right. Parking permits are required to park in all College-operated parking lots and all vehicles parked in College parking lots are required to display a valid College of Saint Rose parking permit.

Parking Permits

Parking Permits for the new academic year (2011-2012) are now on sale. These rear view mirror hang tag permits will allow the vehicle owner to use the permit on any vehicle that they drive to campus. Only one permit will be issued to each qualified student, faculty or staff member.

Purchase your parking permit online
After your online purchase, you may pick up your permit in the Security Office which is located at 340 Western Avenue, between 8am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please bring your confirmation or your College of Saint Rose Golden Knights Card.

You may also pay with cash, check, or credit card at the Security Office, Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Pay your parking ticket online 
Please note: you must have your ticket when paying online. You will need to take information from it to pay. If you do not have your ticket, please go to the Security Office to pay your ticket.

Additional Options

The Saint Vincent dePaul Church parking lot (900 Madison Avenue) is available to all College of Saint Rose valid parking permit holders. The parking lot is open from 7am-9pm Monday through Friday. Additionally, the First Lutheran Church parking lot is available to Saint Rose permit holders. The Lutheran lot is located at 181 Western Avenue and open Monday-Friday 7am-9pm.

As an alternative to parking your vehicle on campus, your Golden Knights Card can be used for free rides on all Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) busses except for the Northway Express and STAR. iPhone users can download the CDTA app at: http://itunes.apple.com/app/cdta-iride/id329554386?mt=8.
