Who is eligible to us the Health Service?

All full time students are eligible to use Health Services. Part-time students, registered for six or more credits, may use the Health Service for a per semester fee.

Students who are not enrolled in the College insurance remain eligible to use Health Services.

Will I have to pay for anything when I come to Health Services?

There is no additional charge for services provided in the Health Service, but students assume financial responsibility for all outside medical services such as visits to specialists, prescription drugs, ambulance transportation, emergency room visits and laboratory work sent off campus.

Can I make an appointment to see the doctor?

No appointment is necessary to see the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner. Clinics are held on a walk in basis, first come, first served. The Physician/Nurse Practitioner leaves promptly at the close of posted hours please arrive early to ensure a visit with a practitioner.
